Can someone verify whether the Medals of Honor are granted for mastering a Pilot profession? I'm already an Alliance Ace, so want to know if I need to re-grind in another squadron to get my medal.
Just go talk to your master trainer and he will give you the medal.
It's retroactive.

really smart idea there. they sit in the middle of my house and guess what...even i can bearly notice them...wearing them = nothing special and also cannot be seen under armor.

The only problem I have with SWG Modeless is the fact that it uses the backspace key to start chatting. This causes a nice little glitch where the backspace sound will be played continuously and annoyingly until you type something.
I submitted a ticket on the issue and the CSR gave me the canned response about how it's a known issue blah blah blah and to submit a bug ticket, which I did.
Is there a way to map it to the enter key? I tried rebinding the "Start Chat" in the keymap settings but it had no affect.

I have never seen anyone complain of the current interface. The other one SUCKS!
It is very difficult to use the chat system.
You can not control the "Chase Camera" very well.
When you get attacked from behind, good luck getting the screen centered before you get killed..
Why can you not just leave this a choice?

My medium-sized zabrak cant wear a formfitting undershirt, otherwise it covers the actual medal part on his alliance medal of honor.... Time to get a tan!
