Thread: Finished Mort's missions... no armor?
And another, here. But I cannot even open a ticket to report my armour as missing. I get a confirmation number, but when I look in open tickets it says I have none currently open.
If we are supposed to make our own goals in this game, surely then, collecting rare/quest loot is a valid goal for people. And from reading others' posts on this, it looks like we won't be getting a very nice collection of armour to display in our houses/wear into combat.
I am getting increasingly frustrated at the devs/csr and their lack of action/interest in their customers.
Sort this issue out ASAP!

Same thing here. I thought there was enough space in my inventory, but fell one short, so I didn't get one of the armor biceps. Yesterday's fix was supposed to take are of that (although it seems the result was that no one got any armor). I expected the missing bicep to magically appear in my inventory, and when it didn't and I submmitted a ticket, CSR replied that they couldn't do anything about it, and said they had referred the whole thing to the devs.
The worst thing is that if I wear the bicep I did receive, I can't wear any other bicep on the other arm. I can equip another bicep but it doesn't appear on my toon. And if I equip my old ones, both left and right, then equip the new one, both of the others unequip! Since the biceps seem to be the coolest looking part of the set, this is disappointing and irritating (although not as bad as those of you who didn't receive any armor for the quest).
I complete it last night too and I just receive the holo, the armor was not in my inventory when mort gives it to me
I hope dev place it in my inventory or reset the mission so I can do it again 
i think we all need to find the planet recod keeper for Talus and use it
Plus the reason why they won't wreimburse is because checking the system logs for all the galaxies would take oo much time and they don't want to do it lol
oh and giving us a plaque that is silver while Chimera gets and additional gold one is dumb it's saying thanks for staying after the CURB but we screwed up on the quests lol

So only Tatooine and Dantooine have record keepers?! All the people that did quests that arent repeatable on other planets are just plain screwed?! So i will truly never own a set of clone armor if the dev's/csr's dot give it to me or reset the quest for me. The most horrible experience with a customer service department i have ever had. Im in the military and i have never seen so many people pass the buck in my life. I know the csr's have nothing to do with the code and the devs can only do what the suits hanging over their shoulders tell them to do, but.....damn. The loyal fan base has been sold to the highest bidder...PR. If i wanted to play a ffantasy game id play EQ. But im playing SWG cuz i love Star Wars. If i had known what i know today about the game and its "issues" when i was standing in the mall looking at a wall full of games, i would have turned around and picked up another Gamebox game.Thank god i dont own a PS.
Its looking like the straw that breaks the proverbial banthas back, ya know. I have to actually log off for days because i stop having fun trying to play around "issues". Its just a game....so why doesnt it feel that way at time like this?
I wont apologize for the rant, but i do apologize to any innocent bystanders. I needed to vent.
