Screw the artisans and their ridiculously priced repair kits.calm down pal, I for one think even 250k-1mil is an EXECPTIONAL amount of money for a n00b, on day 1 (2, servers down on 1)I had 250 credits, I worked hours and hours of misisons for my first 20,000.
These n00bs getting millions are plain sploiled...

As for selling your BARC as a noob, I would take 2-3 mil in a heartbeat .. thats nice starting capital to acquire top armor and weapons. 2-3 months from now when said n00b has 20-40 mil in the bank you can then buy a BARC (which will be very common and no longer FOTM) for what you sold or less.

Those BARC speeders cost mils? Im new to the game, and after about an hour after playing. a guy sent me a msg offering me 15k for the BARC speeder. -_-
He won't stop bugging me, saying that i'll need the money as a new player. Im pretty dissapointed that the first person i spoke to in-game was a con-man.
