As a master cave camper, and master loot seller i can confirm you need a cloth repair +11 or better to make the medic exp stick. You need to put the cloth +11 in the piece of cloth u want the other in first then apply the multi tape u have. What i would suggest is to ask your money back from the player you bought this off, unless he told you it was like this. If he refuses then boycot his auctions and tell people that he is scamming people.

If he tried to push this for 8 million he must have known u needed a cloth repair+11 or bigger to make it stick. Those are hard to come by.
