Lava Skiff is a loot not a reward.
Obi's rewards are:
Buff Crystal recieved for BETRAYING Obi-Wan:
+75 Accuracy
+15 Combat Speed (broken too i think, need combat log to have more infos)
Improved Damage (broken i think)
Improved Action Regeneration
Buff Crystal recieved for HELPING Obi-Wan:
+250 Health
+75 Defense
Modify Mind Regeneration (broken i think)
Reposte Melee Attacks (dunnohow it work, need combat log to have more infos)
Return Incomming Attacks (dunnohow it work, need combat log to have more infos)

Cause i think it can be really nice if it work.
but some Jedi NPCs used to have same loot table as DJK/DJM + Mustafar special loots table.
