Extremly awesome post, I was thinking of something similar but didnt have any clue where to begin. A couple NPC's to add would be Janta and Donkuwah (sp?) for doc and CM loots. Im trying to get loot from them atm, so i'll post back here with what i find.
Oh and i would put Gurk King on the easier end of things, i can solo one in around 20 seconds with TKM, but they never come alone

by the way the queen drops nightsister armor biceps still does and always has. The rate is ultra super legendary rare but they do drop as we looted one last night.

found an aakuan shirt today tht had yellow writing and had +3 instrument assembly along with its reg i dont know if any1 knew this was possible but just in case u wanna add it

Getting modded clothing is possible from any mob that drops clothing... (pretty much everything except jawas! or do they drop clothing too?)

For axkva Min, her spawn time is once per ANY server reset, as in, if the server stays up for 3 whole days, the only time she spawns is at the begining of that server cycle, no actual spawn 'timer'. Only such spawn in the game.

Do u notice a diferrence in getting them from the static POI spawns and the random spawns?
recently looted a +9 AA (Carbine Speed)from a Ranger and yesterday looted a +10 AA (Carbine Acc)from a Spell Weaver. They do drop, but are rare...
Also, to add to the guide....Higher end Nym's drop tapes...looted a +7 Def vs. Intimidate AAfrom a Nym's Elite the other day.
