Many Ships use missiles. An SSD has hundreds of concussion missile launchers. There should be limited ammo on these, as they are powerful.



I'd love to see a huge space battle, with a Mon Cal and an Imp Star Duece slugging it out in space, with TIEs and X-Wings flying about. Awesome. Think of guild ships, Alpha Company's Imp Star, with mVa's Mon Cal, with other guilds using supporting ships, like Lancers, Dreadnoughts, and picket ships, Carracks, Mauraders...... Etc. Would take a ton of time to impliment, but it'd be an awe-impiring experience, though ground battles would seem pointless.......

about the space expansion i want to see like a prof that will craft the ships for non faction ones. that everyone can use and that it he like crafts the ship it self just the body and then you got antother prof that can add weapons to it that prof builds spacecrafts wepaons and you attach them to your ship of course everyship can have a mx ammount of guns but you can take them off and replace them with other guns and you also need to buy like ammo comparments to store your ammo and there are diffrent ships that have difrent advancemts and disadvantages like some ships got more gun space but less ammo space or armor and vis-versa. so there will be a market for it and not that everyone will get the best ship and start blowing everyone up.

What would be cool is to have battles in space with ships fighting and battles IN the ships. For instance, if an Imperial ship was declared and doing patrol, or in a battle than a Rebel ship could send a strike team inside to take control of the ship or something. They would need a docking ship however, and hope the Imperial ship doesn't notice the small vulnerable ship and send out TIE's or simply blow it up itself. AND the Rebel squad would have to be Overt. (Of course the scenario could be Vice Versa.) Anyway's I'm kinda new but I guess thiswould make some awesome space material for combat proffesions.

One of my biggest wishes for the SE is actual starports. With multiple bays (say at least 20), connected to a cantina (make the city cantina connected to the SP)and a small merchant area. This way there could be an actual reason for everyone to be standing in front of the starport, plus it would bea LOT more fun to hang there. I want to be scanned for contraband by a ST squad the second Iarrive and before I depart. That would be just amazing.

I think, with large ships, you should have to use a diferent ship to get to them.... Could you imagine a star destroyer landed on a little planet like Rori?

IMO Space expansion should be allot like the Rouge Squadron series of games from LucasArts. The joystick/pad option would give us an extreme difference in the forms of flight and combat. Allow us to continuously get better in flight and not just cap us of to how much we can dodge ship laser bolts. And for those who are the joypad "ignorant" shall we say, they could have the option to use the autopilot feature or something where it just shows the ship dodging out of the way or getting hit then firing its lasers then they could eventually practice up to using the joypad. Also give us neutral and factional ships. And not just rebel/imp ships. How about add to the role-playing bit and allow us to get some Naboo/Trade Federation or Valorian/Jabba ships too. I also think that in the way of parking garages you would have to wait for a while depending on how much damage your ship has because trust me, unless this update is horribly bad, your not gona get me outa the air unless you make me . Maybe add a little cut screen with your ship flying into the garage (with time differentials like noon/midnight) then landing for the loading time. Also give us fighter suits that can have skill tapes to maybe decrease the "lag" from the controls or something like that. And allow us to tweak the ship to get it to what we like by being able to have to use different resources to make the different components then put those components into the ship. After that allow us to perform modifications to each of those after they're on the ship (again having to be in the garage). Back to the garage part maybe allow some set number of the players in thereto be in there with you just so that you don’t have to much lag. This might clear it up. There are say 48 people in the garage. The garage is only supposed to hold 30 people. You would see the other 29 people in there with you then the other 19 would be visible to the next player that comes into the garage and so on. It is very complicated but I got some of the idea about it being that limit from the Correlian corvette coming out where it's only you and your group on there. Also please allow the pilot skill tree to not use up skill points. It is a totally different form of play and shouldn't have to interfere with you ground combat. The skill tree should also be diverse like mechanic to perform high tech mods to your ship to dogfighter being a straight fighter pilot. Also in the way of mechanic being able to see your ship when he walks into the garage he would have to be grouped with you. The skill tree should also not only add skills like double shot or something but also mods that increase your ships overall agility and defense etc. They way to earn the xp is still hard to figure out but I think I have a god idea about it. When you destroy a ship you get a total of points like combat xp calledstarfighter xp which would go to making your ship better and giving it skills like double shot etc. Also you get main weapons xp, which goes to your laser cannons to make them stronger and fire more powerful lasers. Secondary weapons xp would go to your torpedoes or something making them more potent and giving the ability to use seeker tops and cluster torps. Finally engine xp to make your ship faster and maybe the skill Afterburner faster. Not quite sure how they would tally these up. I also wonder about the abilities of Jedi pilots, but that’s a whole 'nother story .
