With little better to do, I took advantage of the frogs on TC-Bria to run a simple test: I rolled a new toon and started licking for professions.

I moved from "no connection" to "barely sense" after mastering my fifth profession. At *no* other point did ramping up professions make *any* progress towards getting glowy (finished at 33 professions mastered - I included politician). I cannot say for certain whether this is a content substitution as I haven't (yet) spent the time running POIs and themeparks.

If I have time (and if TC-Bria stays up that long), I'll run the POIs and start doing themeparks later and report the results. I'm figuring at best, 5 professions = 1 content badge.

I might be in the same situation as you were in back then. I've gotten everything on the Rebel path for the "glowy" guide. Still stuck at surging though. I'm working my way back over all my POIs because I've been playing since launch but something may have changed. If you could remember which one changed for you that might be really helpful.

I just started glowing yesterday. I have all the POI badges. Rebel, Jabba & Nym's themeparks. Mastered profession. I was surging after all this, and what made me surge was the Sith Temple on Yavin. I started glowing after completing both Warren missions. No corvette!!!

i went from "surging" back to a "strong sense" after picking up another poi badge. What has happened? Will it affect my progression to glowy?

I apologize if this has already been stated, but I didn't feel like reading through hundreds of posts to see...

Apparently the "Live Event" badge accounts for some credit towards glowing. One of my alts (who felt no connection with the force) attended a live event: tuskens invading bestine. After receiving the badge, he "barely felt something different about himself".

Anyone know what credit this is toward, ie, Conetent credit, easy badge, difficult?

The 'bugged'badge was the 'Jedi Temple' POI in dantooine, remember to go to the top of the stairs there. I hope it helps you

Before the warren I had 2 prof badges, all the POIs, and the Rebel and Jabba Themepark badges. I went through and got the 2 warren badges then did Nym's Themeparkand that put me over the top.

I followed your guide and it WORKED!!! as of last night I am GLOWING.....

I mastered Markmen

I did the

Nyms Park

Jabba Park

Rebel Park

and got the 2 Warren Badges

Visted the 3 Jedi POI's

and have like 20 other badges

I went to tat and got all those

Yavin

and

dant

and IT WORKED

I have serge of the force 25 poi got the hard ones to get got a prof badge have master fencer and TKM and also have nym badge and 20 explore badges. If i do the mark badges and the rebel theme park would that be enought to be glowy?
