Excuse me i take great offense to your comments. All those items I worked hard for and im saving the crystals for myself when I become a jedi. Not only did I not do this for anyone else (But myself). Its not meant to be flashy its meant to be mine and aslong as im still around I hope to maintain and cherish my PA hall that I worked so hard on. Just dont be bitter and flame something you have no understanding of. I bet most of those posts you got to become Community Leader were probly Flames like this one (throws gas at DrunkenJedi) lol anyways I dont see how anyone can critisize this. Its a work of art and you should respect my work =P Stop being bitter

Yes I do have alot of items. But every item every crystal does have a story to it. Just because I have so many items doesnt meen im a jerk. I actualy worked hard to make my houses as comfortible in my eyes as I could. That could take hours or days but I always enjoy the end result. over 80% of those Crystals I personaly looted and aquired myself alone. Some of them i bought but mostly the lesser ones. Also.... the top crystal is a premium and the 2 layers under it are Quality crystals.

Wooh thank god i didnt make the pyramid bigger or this guy would hunt me.... lol

Yeah.. ya know... while this looks cool and all, this is not really "home show" material. He stacked some crystals. Back in the day before there were up and down commands this would have been an accomplishment, but right now its nothing to write home about. Sorry, but i think you are reaching here Garva.

Ok Im going to stop trying to defend my work to anyone who cant appreciate it. Its just what you say is really messed up. In my opinion the people who are attacking are bitter and jealous about something they wont ever have =/ (unless you worked very hard like me).... Move on with it.... atleast I appreciate what ive done for myself and in my eyes well deserving... Thank you...

I believe that GarVa is trying to showcase someone new every week... so that more people can have a chance for their work to get the exposure that the homeshow presents.

Maybe there are more complex decorative constructions being submitted, but maybe the creators have already had the spotlight... or maybe they are still waiting their turn.

In this sense the homeshow isn't about always showing the absolute top notch designs, or the most difficult to achieve. It is about celebrating the fact that yet another person has gained a passion for SWG decorating.

So I applaud you, Destined. I hope you are not discouraged from decorating since there are far too few of us as is. I wish there were alot more of us decorators out there... then I wouldn't feel so much demand on my server.

I'm glad GarVa is introducing more decorators. And I always look forward to the next issue even though I'm sure it will never be one of my designs again.

I am Humbly sorry My friend - My Direction isnt to you personally at all- Just the Fact that so many Crystals could fall into one persons hand. I am Sorry 1000x times and I am sure your a Great dude.

Maybe I am not seeing it right - But to me just having loot like that is a Problem. I could have had the chance to be up in the 100-300 million dollar mark in the game. Currenlt my account is at 2 mil. I could have had hundreds of crystals and maybe two three dozen Krayt pearls. I didnt - because I knew it would not be fair to others. I am a good player and my guild is heavily re-inforcing (we some Bad ass MoJo's). We pay to play and we play hard.

Maybe we just have different styles. I do really like the Blue rug and the Skull a lot though.

Idea: why dont you just take that pyramid of crystals and make it much smaller. Like 4 on the Bottom and the Premium on Top. That way it doesnt look so Flashy and it ACTUALLY has More MEANING.

Again, I am truely sorry for anything I said. I am trying to be open minded but also voicefull.

That meens alot to me that apoligie.... Hehe but.... I have played the game for over a year (Mostly using another character). Ive had collections and lost them. Overall the only way I was able to collect so many crystals was from hard work and its bad to say but even money.

I started out with a crystal pyramid with 4 crystals at the base that can be seen here.... http://www.swgscreenshots.com/index.php?request=photo.view&photoid=6947&photo_SID=a3c4ac98af12b555a56131c46e0

Its not as flashy as it is supposed to represent calmness and trenquility.... Im creating a new pyramid very soon but will include 150 crystals..... eh sorry but like I said this is for me =)

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and in the case of "GarVa's Galactic Home Show" It is my eye that is beholding and I'm sharing with you all. I would never expect everyone to appreciate every one of my home shows as I do, but it is meant to focus on different styles and images.

If you look through the history of my homeshows you will see that for the most part each week there is something unique or different about them. This one while not overly complex has a wonderful "feel" for me, the image presented is serene and It was cool to me, and it was unlike any previous home show settings (the closest that comes to this is the pyramid a few months back but that was a totally different look and feel than this) so while comments are appreciated please be respectful of me and the people I am focusing on. This is just meant as a cool showcase to give others ideas... not as any sort game discussion or flame fest.
