I am sure I will... But not as quite often as I play now - there will be Middleearth Online and Pirates of the Burning Sea after all and with a StarTrek-MMORPG upcoming in 2007 I shall definitely get me a second life.

If I'm playing a year from now, it will only be because they kept their word (contrary to track record) and actually do the combat balance and Smuggler revamp right after JtL.

If they don't, I'll be gone well under a year from now - and unlike my previous 3-month departure, this time will be permanent. They only get one second chance - this is it.

Nope. SWG is fun times, but as soon as World of Warcraft hits, I'm pulling the ejector seat cord. WoW just looks infintely better I'm afraid.

if im still playing swg by then, thats where im going. beyond a shadow of a doubt. "drools over graphics possibilities alone" but for now im staying right here. i started playing week 2. was pistoller/ch. over a year later, im a pistoleer/ch. ive seen everything thats happened with these professions. from the pokemon wars to the 3 hits and your rancor is dead. they are my favorite tho, and i will continue playing these and the rest of the game for another year at least if possible.

dont like the way the game is being butchered tho... bleh...

I just wish SOE would pull the plug and reset the game to a timeline that fits better with all the Jedi running around. It should really be an Episode 1 type timeline with all the Jedi there are going to be -OR- a post Episode 6 timeline. The Ep 6 timelinewould be very fun and would allow for the game to go off on a tangent that diverges from the movies. Then having all the new Jedi in game would make more sense. The "village" could be luke's Jedi Academy on Yavin and the Emperor and Darth Vader could be replaced by a whole host of other baddies. And since the latest series of the books seemed to be so popular with younger fans (I'm an old fart of 50 years so everyone is a young fan to me LOL) it would probably be veery cool to eventually have the Yuzzan Vong (?sp) in the game. Lots of possibilities if the timeline were just reset. I honestly don't think the player base would mind the change if it were handled proerly.
