Thanks! I got my first piece of BH armor off a Guard, sadly my internet died, but when it came back on a minute later he was dead and he had a bracer piece. 5 stars!
Edit: After 25 Black Suns or so I got the whole right arm... Took about 2 hours and got bored. I'll try later. Also each Black SUn gives abotu 1k credits, made around 30k.

BUMP, hope this becomes a stickie best BH armor loot guide yet. Anyone know what components you need in addition to make Mando Armor?

Some one said in the BH advert:
"I've looted most of my pieces from Yavin. All you need to do is start on the beach near the outpost, walk along the beach killing everything you see. Get to the end and turn round and walk back to the outpost, again killing all spawns.
Doing this generally causes Black Sun to Spawn.
Do it with a friend starting from the opposite end of the beach and your less likely to miss a spawn."

Gonna add this info tonight to the post as well as your inputs. About the mandalo, if someone can gather the information (even some parts) I'll add it here.

Nice guide as it seems easy to follow! I'm halfway through the tiers of bounty hunter and thought it might be time to see if I could loot some bounty hunter armor. Thanks!

Guide looks great, good for you for taking out the time to put it together.
Couple questions...
Im just about to start hunting for the BH Armor drops myself. I am soon to be a Master Brawler, Fencer and TKM with 0040 in Medic and a smattering of FS boxes. Is this going to be somthing I am going to be able to accomplish alone within a relatively low amount of time? I took a 3 month break lately and am feeling a bit rusty when it comes to combat. hehe
Thanks.

1 out of 30??? thats some bs. More like 1 out of 150-250 kills. When we should be getting armor pieces or even jetpack loot, the black sun decide to give us frickin blue or orange rug thread. As if getting credits from the black sun 99.8% of the time wasn't bad enough.....

I find that if you're having trouble finding them on the beach or mountain on Yavin 4head south of the Mountain to the Light Jedi Enclave. Try not to Aggro the LightJediSentinels unless you want to die
1.2million HAM and 95% resists is just asking for trouble
From the Enclave head west and cover that general area. It seems to work for me when 'm having no luck finding spawns.
Tonight i'd only found one Thug in my buff session and decided and had an hour left so i decided to check it out since its worked before..Then just as i was about to give up, about 1000metres west of the Enclave an Assassin, Henchman and Guard spawn. Whoopee! Got some Bh gloves out of it
Found another spawn on my way back to the outpost too, but all i got from that was a locked container
