Corran Horn was on Starsider, outside the Martial training hall in Doaba Guerfel. I say was because he was there for the first few days of the game, and is now gone. Although actually, if you look around enough, you'll see his name just inside a wall, leading me to believe that, on Starsider at least, he's either been removed by the Dev's for the time being, or he's bugged and in need of repair.
As for other NPC's that I've seen or heard about in the game:
Hal Horn, Zekka "Patches" Thynne, Talon Karrde, Gilad Pellaeon, Muftak, Ree Yees, Porcellus, Malakili, and a few others as well.

Mara Jade isthe "agent of the Emperor" you talk to in one of the higher Emperor's Retreat missions.

I wish they would cloth Thrawn...he's too blue.
And about Reelo: Reelo is killed in the era of the New Republic (Kyle Katarn, JK Outcast)

So, Han and Chewie are on Lok? Thats funny.... I bought the SWG game guide and it listed Han and Chewie in Mos Eisleyand the coord.went to a building with no doors. Payed $20 for a game guide that is inaccurate. I hate SOE.

corran horn is in the game, he was the first sw character I met on Corellia on daobo gaerful (sp) He is actually a corsec agent, who was undercover in the black sun. the mission was to save chandra (cant remember last name) sadly I didn't save her, i tried 3 times. now when I go back to the spot he was at I can not find him anymore. he was outside of one of the large buildings with steps. hope that helps, wonder if he roams like the others... guess i missed my chance. my name is axpkai on the radiant server if anyone wants to send tell.

I saw Han and Chewie in the cantina on Lok. Couldn't talk to them though, don't know why.

Han, Chewie and Nien Nunb are definitely on Lok. To add one that nobody has said so far.. Admiral Ackbar is supposedly somewhere on Dantooine. Haven't been able to find him though, after being referred there by Han Solo (after completing his Theme Park quests).

How about Prince Xizor? I've been trying to get going on the Black Sun missions, but the first one is bugged in several ways. I've tried it twice and its screwed up both times. Anyway, I talk to a dude in the hotel on Coronet who is supposed to be the beginning of the Black Sun missions, and I'm hoping they'll lead to meeting Prince Xizor. He has so much to do with the SW story and yet very few know who he is.

Luke is on Yavin, some temple. Part of the rebel themepark. He's a real dork.

Luke skywalker is on Vavin IV in the temple of exar Kun.
But if I remember correctly you can't get to him unless you are doing the rebel themepark.
