Yeah C'mon, Elders arent THAT hard if they aren't holding stun batons or AP2 weapons... I average around 10 minutes an Elder solowith Intimidate 1, capped speedand a 705 PH. Less if someone can take care of the bleeds/intimidate for me and let me focus on smiting. And BELIEVE me, I am inNO WAY near a top of the line Elder Slayer.

hmmm, lets see

lets take a 200-550 damage T21, speed capped

Lets take an elder, Heavy Armor, 35% resist to Energy, around 330k ham in each pool

Strafe2 DPS on an elder is going to be ~1188 (you do the math)

lets be modest and say that 60% of that damage will go to health, so that is 712 DPS

multiply by 360 (6 min) and you get 256,000. Now I know this is a little shy of 330k but you have to remember, when the elder has 75% of his ham left, her resists drop, by the time she drops to 50% damage, her resists are now 17.5% so now you are damaging her health for around 905 dps. So I'm sure after a few in-depth calculations, you can reach around 330k total damage in 6 min

with concealshot and using my 521 max damage T21 rifle, it only takes me 12 minutes tops..

it feels like forever because you're holding your breath, praying you won't bleed her or attract notice of her escorts >.<

I can solo one in about 7-8 minutes, my hammer is 881 with a powerup, full buff, 2brandy, 1 Canape, and good 80%ish armor....whats so hard about that?? nothing, i take them all the time

With higher end hammers, you'll be ending the battle within 6 minutes or so. As of late, elders have been dropping almost nothing for me, and simply giving me high battle fatigue. But I've only been playing for 109 days as of this post, and I've killed well over 50, and would have more under my belt if the loot was more consistant and the bf per fight wasn't so high. I average around 1k dmg per hit, and hit once per second, so do the basic math =) When I first started dealing with them they took 10-30 minutes depending on the gear I was using and the weapon she was wielding.
