If you have all (4) evidence discs, take them to the Imperial Officer in the palace in Theed, Naboo.

I think you actually take the discs to the dude in Theed Library... He is at the top of one of the first set of stairs- go up them and to your left. Sorry, can't remember his name- but he is an Imp officer.

Darn- You know what? This happened to me. I ended up having to re-do it (P.I.T.A.). The good news is it get easier with practice. Sorry I cant be of better service.

The Prisoner's corpse has nothing to do with the Warren badge except to send you to theed.
The Encryption Disk is not needed for the Badge. I can't really remember what its good for, I think something to do with the Prisoner. but like I said, its not needed.
There are 4 Data Disks that are needed for the Second Badge which is at Theed. The first 3 Disks are Accessable once you get past the Elevator. The 4th is basically behind a Door that is locked down cause of the Reactor Overload.
You need to get 2 - 4 Reactor Rods and to click on 2 Terminals that stick out of the middle of the Wall to gain Access to the Reactor Core. once you do this, You can click on the Core and insert the rods automatically so you can get access to the 4th disk.
Dont let the place fool you, It isn't a Maze and is very easily transversed once you think clearly hehe. the overhead map can be Confusing only if you use it the first time.
