Sorry for the noob question, but what does /bo trans do? I'd try it out in game to see what it does but it's going to be a few days until I can log in again. Thanks in advance.

Once you have purchased a ticket from a starport ticket terminal, you can type /bo tra to immediately board the transport, rather than running to the ticket droid. If the shuttle isn't there yet, you will get a message saying so. Otherwise, the window with possible destinations pops up, and you can zip out right there--saving precious seconds that could mean the difference between catching the shuttle or not.

You have to have the ticket terminal targeted, don't you?

Along with /notepad, right? Man, that one thing would make life so much easier (and organized!)...

Thank you, Sunakk. I've been double clicking the ticket, to almost the same effect. But having that macro bound to a hotkey sounds a lot easier.

What's a live event? I've never seen one of these.
It's and event either hosted by players or run by Devs thatis usually a one time thing ... like a wedding or the Gorax Hunt or those events they had a bit back on the one server to test it's capabilities ... they are very interesting usually and add a lot to the game ..

I use /alias for friends i chat with often. I set;
/alias playernameX /tell playernameX
So when I want to chat with playernameX, i type
/playernameX hey
and it sends them a tell. I chat a lot and it helps not having to type the extra 6 characters before every message. It can also be sued to send tells to friends with really long names (ie just type /alias xox /tell xxxxofrankenxxxish so you can just type /xox to send him a tell)

You're refering to player events. Live events are done by the live events team by having a team member use game tools to customize a situation to the amount of players in the area, such as creating an appropriate amount ofTusken Raider NPCs to raid bestine or battle droids to raid Naboo. They are usually preceeded and followed by non-attackable NPCs giving the story line for the event. Players who participate in live events also have a chance to receive a live events badge. They're fairly rare because they require a live events team member to be present at the event.
