How do you get past the turret in shape to fight the two droids and guy in the room to south of turret room? I'm in full advanced composite and I was dead as soon as I got into the room south of the turret room.

Drive in circles around the Warren with your overhead map up - he can usually be found within 500m of the entrance and will show up as a white dot on the overhead but not the radar...

I actually did that myself for a half hour... he didn't show up on my radar (which i watched for that time).
I found him (if you were to look straight from the front of the warren, to the north east of the door, about 150m away)... But that was my experience... it will likely be different for others... You could also try and target the escapee (/tar O'Evitt), or something smaller. You might be able to get target lock, follow the arrow and get the key...
Good luck!

Apparently there's some bug with the turret where, if you go to the terminal and deactivate it.. it becomes active. -.- Don't worry about the turret, just burst-run past it and hope it doesn't notice you and that no one else has mucked with the code.
Did this tonight as wookiee in 80/67 hunting armor, novice ranger, swordsman 0010 with a power hammer and 2500 buffs. Pretty easy, the only trouble spots were the turret (died the first time, was informed of the bug), the AT-ST (had to run from that sucker), and the elevator that leads down to the AT-ST/reactor rod area; that room has a bunch of loyalists that got kinda dicey, had to run back up another 'vator from them as well. Boris himself was a piece of cake, just hit Berserk every few seconds and watched Venture Brothers for a few minutes. The 3-D map on allakazam is INVALUABLE and it would've taken me a lot longer otherwise, tracking down the last two disks.
Not a hard set of badges, but bringing along a friend would've kept me from running a couple of times, and I don't think dial-up connections or minimum-requirement systems could handle all the stuff going on in there. Be armored, buffed, and either some kinda medic-type or at least novice in a melee specialisation.

Yeah... the turret smoked me also
. I guess I'll try tomorrow and not deactivate the turret.
It also seems they have really beefed up the spawn in there... which is cool because I can use the TK xp.
