Before getting uspet over this, please try one little exercise. Go to the forum list and expand all the forums. Go down the "Messages" column and add them all up. Notice that you are well into seven-digit numbers. Then notice that the title under the red name isn't "Moderator," but "Developer," implying that she might have something to do with game design and implementation. She also has stated that she actually plays SWG. It seems to me that this all involves a great deal of time. A little bit of patience might be warranted, since at least she IS reading the forums and actually taking the time to find out answers to questions for us. That she hasn't finished reading some of them has to be a given.
I don't *think* she wears a cape and flies, but at least she seems to be running as fast as humanly possible.

Yes, sure that's why smugglers don't get any answer to any questions, any acknowledgement on their issues (not even to speak of fixes). Sorry not to agree with you all, but what i see is someone that chooses what topic to answer, what people to ignore, and it appears we are among the ones that are ignored, along with squad leaders, rangers and pistoleers (and certainly a few others, sorry to forget). She has time to browse and answer topics that say she's wonderful, but no time to have a look at those asking for infos, not even time to answers PMs about the major concerns of a part of the population.
