I did part of the quest yesterday, and for mission 6, I received my laser2 only at the end of the mission.

So either that was changed, or it's an error in this guide. Please update.

Yes he is right. In the guide it seems as though you receive the new laser after completing Mission #5, when in fact, you receive it after completing the sixth mission.

Same thing is happening to me - though I am getting 500 iron in my inventory before it blows....

Something to be said about that not grouping piece - I went back in without a group and no problem.

I can't even get started. I go to Thom and he says we have nothing to talk about. Any ideas?

I did this but now Koh won't talk to me, like I dont have what he's looking for. I went into Kashyyyk space gathered 250 resources, never got a success message, moved onto Endor space, Mined 250 Ice there, no complete message there either. Moved onto Dathomir space and gatherd 250 more resources from there, go back to the Captain and he says "Get a Move on!"..or something and I can't move on even though I've mined what he asked.

~~I even tried taking it all out of the cargo hold. Nothing.~~

Edit: It didn't like me mining the Methane Asteroid in Kashyyyk space instead of the Organometallic Asteroid.

Went back up and mined the Organometallic instead and the quest moved along fine.
