It is being rewritten is my guess, as Star ranking will no longer be valid with rateing removed.
EDIT: Fairly certain it is being reworked as my own bookmark links was just removed.

I dont know....I agree that the current system doesnt work...one angry person disagrees with you and goes through and 1-stars as many of your posts as you can then your average rating goes from 4.2 to 2.3

Anyone know if they've frozen Forum Ranks? I believe I should have gone to a blue Community Elder yesterday (9 months, posts and all) but haven't been bumped up. Yet two friends of mine who hit 9 months about two weeks ago did. 
Anyone have any insight into this?
