Thread: capes
There is a section for capes on the vendors and bazaar if i'm not mistaken. But we can't make them

The bazaar has several listings for items not craftble in game, and not found in game at all.
We cannot, nor were we ever able to, make capes.
There are none ingame as reward or looted.
The cape is an item ingame, though only accesable to NPC's (such as the Marauder King). It is highly unlikely that the developers will modify this item to fit with on players as it would require reprogramming and recoding of the cape graphic.
Then again, they said the same problem occured with hooded robes and these too eventually were fixed and released for players. Perhaps this may or may not be a good argument to propose such an idea to a developer through a correspondant?

For this very reason we can't "stack" clothing.
