I was overt and covert... no difference...

Okay, the process should go like this:

1) Talk to Kashyyyk space station. Run their missions till she recommends you go see Eyma.

2) Continue to run whatever missions Eyma and Kashyyyk station give you until either Eyma tells you the Imperials are interested in you (how it worked in beta) or the only missions left are the duty ones from Kashyyyk station.

3) Go to the Imperial Outpost space station in Kashyyyk space. Take the missions there under the "I'm looking for a challenge!" category.

Expect the last mission to be extremely difficult, by the way. You might need to bring some buddies.

After all that, congrats.. you should now be the proud owner of a new Imperial Guard Interceptor.

Right.. after a while, Kashyyyk station will offer you either duty missions or an option for something more challenging. Make sure you've got all those missions done first.

By the way, have you guys gotten the level 7 reward gun yet? The Ionic Pulse Weapon?

And (sorry to belabour the point) but we're to run the Civvie Contract missions for a period, THEN we get the option for something more challenging?

No, don't run any of the duties. Once she starts offering you those, you should also have the option for something more challenging, in which case she'll send you down to Eyma right away.

And if you don't have the Ionic Pulse Weapon yet, you probably aren't cleared for missions from the Imperial Outpost yet. That's one of the last missions from Eyma before you move on to the Imperial legs.

well all I have are the civie contracts. No where do I get the more challenging part?

My husband is having the same problem. Kashyyk space station is now offering him civilian contracts (escorts). The only other options is "Is there anything else to do?" and when he chooses that she sends him to Eyma and Eyma sends him back to the space station in one big circle. He doesn't have that Ionic Pulse weapon yet, either.The last part of the mission he did was the ambush when he hypered into Kashyyk, and now its just the runaround. The Imperial Outpost also only asks if he wants to go overt or not.

I have gotten past this. I'm escorting a defector. He's going to go live on Tatooine. Have you got there yet?

When it comes to the duty missions. I just run one, the go back to the Space Station, he sends me back to Eyma and it continues...

You're on the right path, Fox. So you took a duty mission when all the others were done? We didn't have to do that in the beta, but it could be a new requirement in live.

I'll take a look at these later tonight, too.

This is working on Wanderhome at least. I'm on the last mission to get the Crimson Guard TIE Interceptor. It's tough as hell though, lol.
