its telling me this won't initialize properly, how the hell am i ment to run this? i'm confused to say the least

Ok.. downloaded, unzipped and opened it with no problems.... looking through it.
Hey... this things pretty handy. Especially the Resource section 
Hmmm now if it would just let me sort by the more generic resource classes (mineral, chem, gas, water, energy, flora, creature resources, etc). Then I would be using this tool every day!

You need Microsoft Net Framework downloadable from Windows Update.
