Thread: Guide Krayt Skull Epic Quest
The KraytSkull quest is broken, has been for a few days now (Since the patch)
Someone posted the CSR's know about it, I don't expect it to be fixed any time in the near future.
Tried this mission 2 nights ago and it is still bugged after giving Borvo the Money (Breifcases). I just hope when it does get fixed we can continue from where we got stuck and not be SOL.
As for not knowing what to do next (Where to go) you should actually READ what the NPC is telling you. It is stated to go to Coronet to find an Operative and talk to him. Without reading what NPCs say you can actually miss out on some very KEY information.
so you all know, another way to break this quest is to have a full inventory when the guard goes to give you the badge. if your inventory is full you won't get it and thus not be able to go further along the quest line in coronet.
i personaly can't find a way to cancle the mission so i can do it all over again. if any one out there knows a way around this so i can get stuck with a brief case insted of a no-show badge i'd be rather happy to be let down only a little bit later : )
RE: Huff Darklighter
maybe its not broken since the new patch but fixed. maybe he will give u quests if u find the gun for him, instead of him thinking you've already returned it to him.
Thale Dustrunner WILL NOT give you missions or accept missions once you've completed them UNLESS you have the OTHER ledger on you. So, drop the SECOND ledger (from Borvo's guard) on Thale and then talk to him (make sure the other ledger is in your inventory, not in a backpack, etc, as this is how I seemed to screw up.) If you can't, try to find someone else with the first ledger (the one from the dead body). A friend gave me his, and I was able to get missions from Thale and complete them.
I haven't tried Borvo yet, since everyone says he's broken. Interestingly, BEFORE the patch, I did a mission or two for Borvo, not having done the previous parts and not knowing it was part of a bigger mission. But they were the missions described above.
Heh. Any given software has bugs. Any fully debugged software is obsolete.
