Well there seems to be times these drop like crazy, pre CU u had times like this, and then other times, people would go weeks/months without looting one. I would really like to know what they do behind the curtain.

Serious challenges in the drop rate on Tempest, too. But still not as bad as the PLC or the BL... those are like 1 in a million... ok, maybe 1 in ten thousand... either way - the drop rate makes it virtually impossible for us to craft a full suit, as it is so sporadic & rare that any single player might be EXTREMELY lucky and get 4-5 of these things, but never enough for a full suit. I assume the folks who have made a full suit accomplished it as a team with shared or guild ownership.
