Same for me. I've completed 20 quests (including the 9 needed)..and no Obi-wan

I had this same problem, and I read about a workaround that did work for me. Those who cannot get Obi-Wan to spawn via the Holocron, go to the ruins with all the Treasure Hunters and the Shambler boss. It is where Obi would normally send you toenter the Lair of the Crystal for the final trial.You'd be surprised how often he pops up there to assist other players getting ready to fight Lord Vartonis, and when he does, you can speak with him then.

Not sure where that is got a Waypoint to the treasure hunters?

HA! I tried the walk around too. And it worked for a while. Unfortunatly, Obi-wan tells you to go through that sealed door. And if you're bugged like I am, you'll only be able to "examine" it. All the people with me were able to get the "enter" option on their radial menu. While I got to wait outside

Same problem for me, have done all the quests, hanging around waiting for some one else to spawn him is taking quite some time, especially considering I payed for my visit like everyone else.Maybe the server hamsters ate obi wan, or at least ate my golden obi wan ticket.
Update, I final began the quest by hitching a /conv on someone elses Obi Wan at the 186, 3101 waypoint.
If anyone from SOE is reading this, that is an extremely poor work around for an expansion I paid for and have to rely on other people because my account is bugged and you won't answer my requests for help. SOE fix the game before you publish it.
