Maybe is not a buff but a heal item.A 1000 HAM heal is nice too. Ask any jedi

My large aurilian plant had dropped to good/wilting/normal/normal this morning. 
So I took some advice and went out and bought low dr water. I already have low dr flora. I took away nutrients and water and added the new stuff. And now my fingers are crossed, hoping there's an improvement.

And now it's dropped to fair/wilting/normal/normal.
Any ideas??

The fruit is a heal, not a buff - it is like a damage stimpack. Heals all 3 bars for +1000

hm, my small plant has been at Perfect condition for 4 days now. It goes between Normal and Below Normal growth but condition doesn't change nor does it grow to medium. :/

Day 1
Health: Full of Life
Growth: Wilting
Water: Normal
Nutrient: Above Normal
Day 1 cont...
H: Full of Life
G: Wilting
W: Below Normal
N: Above Normal
Day 2
H: Vibrant & Colorful
G: Wilting
W: Dry
N: Low
Day 2 cont...
H: Vibrant & Colorful
G: Wilting
W: Arid
N: Very Low
Day 3
H: Vibrant & Colorful
G: DYING
W: Arid-->changed to Moist
N: Very Low-->changed to High
Day 3 cont...
H: Virbant & Colorful
G: Very Slow 
W: Moist-->added one shot of water to Moist(2)
N: Above Normal-->added flowers-->High
I think I might have found what it wants, hoping i can keep the growth rate at Very slow or higher which should make the Health Level go back up! 
Server is down due to tornado so I'll have to wait to see if there is any change in the Health or if the Growth Rate is mantaining at a positive level...
My other plant is STILL "Small Aurilian Plant" after 14 days! LOL Have mantained a Perfect Condition and Very Slow Growth Rate for atleast 5 days, I think this one is a "Toys R Us"

I think the plant with the 3 stages is more related to the healing mission itself, there you also needed low, medium and high OQ resources,
mebbe now small plant needs low, medium needs average and large plant high OQ.
So canuckgirl maybee its better to give yer plant high qual resources.

Growth Rate: Very Slow
Water: Moist
Nutrient: High
Got the health going back up! yay!
If i Can keep it happy an get it one more level to Perfect Condition and mantain it, i'm guessing i'll get some fruit soon=)

The duration is 0 and works like stims what another guy said, tradable yes, everyone can 'Pick Fruit'from the plant if they have admin of the house.
Got 20+ fruit alrady. Seems to be 10 is max number on a plant that can carry.

Ive had my plant for about a week now, ive barely touched it
First i added nutrients and water, then i read this so i took a bit away
Right now the status is
Health: Very good
Growth: Very slow
Water: Below normal
Nutrients: low
After a couple days its been returning to normal levels, and when i add some it goes back (up?) to below normal/low...... is that normal? The health and growth seem to go up by one level every time i feed and water it so its progressing slowly. I figure another week of this and it will be growing very fast.
I dont get much chance to experiment with it as I get to check it twice a day when im lucky. Ill keep the status update
and BTW, yes it is possible for it to make an immediate change. It does nearly every time I feed or water it
