The "Caller of Storms" sword is both a reward from the Symbiosis quest and a (possible) loot drop from The Storm Lord.

It's because of guides like these and walkthrus and spoilers
that many folks like me {read CL8 butt}
can determine how we can get the loot and rewards
without the millions that alot seemingly have

He was referencing the previous posts about the stormlord. The jedi master robe is a loot from the Storm Lord.

Did you get the "humming" message when you arrived at the area? You have to get that popup first before you can 'loot' the splinters from the Phantoms...

If you're referring to the one from the Friday Feature, I believe it was referring to the ones that can be looted (there are 2 or 3 of them)...

Cloak of the Kursk (CL80, Jedi Padawan)- looted fromSan’sii the Kursk (CL82 Boss Jedi) [-1500,255]
Cloak of the Storm Lord (CL80, Jedi Padawan)- looted from TheStorm Lord (CL90 Boss Jedi) [3069,1131]

If memory serves me correctly, the Cloak of the Kursk was brown and the Cloak of the Storm Lord was black.

Then again,that specific onecould be a Chu-Gon Dar Cube item, but no one found it during Beta...
