The posters that are dropping from Imperial NPC's are wanted posters displaying rebel criminals. Why would a rebel trooper be carrying one of these around? It makes much more sense that a Imperial stormtrooper would have one of these, perhaps to refer to if they see someone similar, or on his way to hang in a post office somewhere 
As a previous post said, this is only phase 1 of the loot revamp, there will probably be more coming in future patches. Perhaps even stuff that only imperial faction members can loot? Out of two hours looking for imperial stormtroopers, I managed to get 5 Luke posters and a Han Solo poster. These are not rare drops, and will soon be filling the bazaar.

I personally haven't found anything off of Rebel NPC's yet but I'm only pulling lvl 75 missions. I've heard rumors that the higher level missions drop, and also another rumor floating around town is the Warren mobs drop , but that is still just rumors, I haven't confirmed it myself. Considering heading over to your server just to see what it looks like but I'll probably just wait be patient and keep looking for myself.

im sorry im so fukin clueless mr obvious but i know that a at-st is useless...unfortunately i also know people who "solo group" with 17 atsts in their group and yes it still works since this is a proven fact. No..they only have 1 atst but they can group it 19 times if they wish..mind u this can be done with regular bots if ur in it for money instead of difficulty.
As for pvp.... i doubt it its that useless..most ppl i fought either were on their backs or runing away(jedi)...if my atst buys me a couple of seconds that i can use on my adversaries...even better...they die easier..
i soloed atsts with tkm and swordsman...unless u get some synthsteak in and a nice mind buff..u will die if you're not careful. Alas...its something you have and we dont...and i see ppl using them a lot of times lately wheter be it for missions or even pvp on my server...so spare me the whine.
rebels dont even have a proper armor uniform...its made for fish heads more likely

that would explain how they had a fleet of ships to assualt the death star, multiple bases on planets, how leia was a princess....could go on but u should watch episode 3 when it comes out... the "rebels" are the people that the empire seems to have under its grasp..altho it does not.

uh..no...there was a guy in coronet spamming 8k per poster for any of the 3....now i dont know but if you dont have 8k, you're pretty pathetic unless you're a newbie..in which case u dont even own a house. And why would REBELs drop imperial posters? are u dumb? rebels drop rebel posters because they're rebel...imps do the same because they're imps...
and not only that...all the droppable posters are IMP loot...aka we rebels have to wait our f00kin turn once more...you think i give a crap about 24k to purchase all 3 posters? gimme a goddamn break...this is all imperial loot and content with the only exception being the furniture schematics which also seem to be dropping from rebels.
