So what happens if you picked the crafting quest at the village? I did (being a crafter primarily I was curious), and then sat down and worked out the numbers....which equates to something like 35,000 crafted items PER BOX on the conversion. I tried working it out on statues under the architect tree and gave up when the number required per box run into 6 figures .

Am I able to go and do another set (I already have novice reflex)?

You can only do 1 quest per "phase". Each "phase" lasts 3 weeks according to TH, give or take a bit. So if you agree to a quest your locked to that one until the next phase comes around. Just because you did a quest and unlocked a tree does not mean your stuck with doing that. You can just leave it alone, wait til the quest(s) come around that you want, and then do those for tree unlocking, and no you don't need novice in reflexes to unlock a tree in it or the like.

I personally will be doin' any and all of the quests that actually give something decent, there's a post in TC guiding revealing the phases, what unlock quests are in them, and what rewards can be gotten from bonus missions, gimme a bit to look it up and edit this.

Exactly - I did the doc quests - got a +5 combat medicine experimentation necklass and a plant that says it will grow and provide miracilous fruit.

While waiting between phases I have traded all my xp for FS xp (10-1) and now will kill and heal and buff again to trade more and continue to level.

The Village will take12 weeks if you decide to do all the profession quests and to get the exit quest.

Another question:

Is the tree that unlocks for each phase/skill static for everyone, or does it depend on what you have open?

Example. I filled up melee accuracy and speed with free unlocks, then did the combat quest, he gave ranged accuracy. I've filled that up. For the next phase, all I have open in combat prowess is ranged speed. Will i speed around the village 10 times and he unlocks it because it is open for me, or will I find out the next thing was melee accuracy (or speed) and be hosed for this phase? If its the latter than it seems best to open up crafting and sense so i can be sure to get an open tree.

It's static yes, so plan your path wisely as I was told by a CSR today that you cannot have more than 24 FS skill boxes and that you cannot change your FS branches once you become an initiate or higher, unless you want to give everything up and redo the exit quest.

Pretty lame Design IMO, as I didn't want to avoid the 24 skill point cost of being Force Sensitive, but rather avoid having my charcter gimpified by piss poor quest reward design that REQUIRES an out of game spoiler site in order to plan. For the love of god devs, let people make their own bloody choices with what branches to get and let them worry about how to fill it with exp. Not this stupid cyclus you have going on now where you are PENALIZED for not reading spoiler sites.
