i got 7 houses myself, 1 large, 4 small and 2 of the small 75 item naboo round houses

im even considering taking down the large house and putting up3 smalls in its place, 450 items beats the heck outta 250 items

Are you after a place to live too or just storage?

If it's living and storage, 1 Small house and 8 factories of your choice. The item limit on the small is equal to the medium and will cost you less in maintenance. With a large, you should be getting 450 but they caped the limit at 250. With this set up, you'll have 950 items that you can store.

If you're messing with an alt that has 10 lots to blow, 10 factoies of you choice will net you 1000 items in storage.

Just make sure you're not messing with Structure Factories. Personally, I'd go with Equipment Factories. They look like little stoage sheds when you line them up.

ITEM LIMITS = 75 per LOT with a MAX CAP of 250 items

Small round Naboo = 1 lot = 75 items
Merchant Tent = 1 lot = 75 items (Must have Merchant Efficiency 4)
Small Other = 2 lots = 150 items

Medium All = 2 lots = 150 items

Large All = 6 lots = 250 items
PA Hall = 7-9 lots = 250 items (Tatooine PA Hall is 7 lots)

Factory = 1 lot = 100 items Input Hopper/100 items Ouput Hopper (Manufactured items only can go in the output)
Structure Factory = 2 lots = Same as above
