using posiosn on critters/npcs gives medial xp it hasnt given combat xp for months not sure how long aog it was changed but i was a cm less than a month ago and was getitng medicl xp for using my meds (incudling poisons/diseases) on things combat medics using combat medicines get emdical xp (ie using your skills gives the xp type your trying to eanr to improve those skills)
