On Scylla where I get buffed alot by many different people I have almost always had the same buff for each stat. I have never noticed a real difference in my action buff until I had my Ithorian buffed. Maybe the people on Shawowfireare different though...

Confirmed.
Doctor Buffs and Food/Drink Buffs has 10% more duration on Twi'lek characters.
eg. 44 minutes brandy lasts around 50 minutes.
