Thread: Holocredit for playing the game?

not gonna happen, and anyway if you werent grinding holos you probably didnt really want to work for jedi.
There's a little thing, though, where a lot of us did not want to ruin our characters just to sit and do mind-numbing grinding for hours on end.
I did start on the grind once, and they then announced that there would be a revamp to the system.
Since I didn't enjoy the little grind I did, I stopped and waited for the revamp.
I still believe that the "holo-grinders" should only get credit for what professions they were required to do to unlock, not for the 20+ extra professions they mastered as well.
You knew the risks when you started your little grind. You should be happy if they gave you just 1 skill box of credit IMO.
The Devs are just going to once again award the people who rush through everything and play the game as if it's one big race to become Jedi.
If ANY of you holo-grinders complain about the abundance of Jedi, you're a hypocritical fool and should find some other game to troll.
You were the ones who created the situation in the first place, and by getting your way with the "holo-credit," you're just going to make the problem worse.
(edited to put the reply back into context and to correct a mistaken assumption on my part).

No offence KaptainKrude but quoting out of context is not the way to make a point.
As I stated, myself and many, many others did a hell of a lot more than "zero in the old system". Heck if it wasn't for those of us who didn't grind away like mindless drones, those of you who did would never of been able to get as far as you did!! Could you of done it by yourself, with no assistance from your guildies who stayed "with the game" and didn't run off on the grind? I severely doubt it.
If it wasnt for the harvestors that Architects made that allowed you dig stuff up for the crafting grinds, or those dedicated crafters who produced the weapons and the armour for your combat grinds, you'd still be a bunch of mug Novice Marksman and Scouts killing paralopes.
So yeah, no offence or flame intended, but please don't flatter yourself by thinking that just because you ran a bunch of AFK combat macros or clicked on the resource units whilst running your crafting macros that you have somehow done something worthy.
If it wasn't for those of us who "didn't bother", the Jedi profession would be just a dream to you instead of a reality.
So I'm sorry, but your point was?

So again I ask, why should those of us who helped them along, and railed against a system that even the Devs said was a mistake, not get at least some recognition from all of this?
