so I am curious now kb really stop working? If so, just while playing swg or just not working with any program. Hehe I have had problems in the past with both wireless keyboard and mouse. If I hook up just one or the other seldom have problems but with both going glitches come up on regular basis.
As for alternent controls for playing swg there are several after market devices to be more ergonomically friendly then keypad but like last post stated devices still use the same restricted abilities of keyboard. When jump to light speed comes out and game recognises joy stick may be able to remap some of the current controls to the js.

Hehe I have dismantled my wireless keyboard a few time's to clean out the gunk. Just wanted to pass on not a good idea to clean kb by taking shower with it. I did it thinking it work great. Bad idea LOL was weeks of taking apart several timesputting back together before I finally was able to get it to work right.
