I have a quick question. The new City Hall have to be placed 1000m away from the BORDER of other city or 1000m away from other City Hall??
Oh and if someone has other residence, and declares residence in the new city, will the 24 hours that are needed to revoke your citizenship allow you to become citizent of the new city?
