My personal best loot would either be the +25 pistol speed CA or the set of 2 exceptional rifle barrels. I am to lazy to make a link but for anyone on Tarq you can see them on display in my house coords below.

Also for anyone wondering where to get loot like this any critter level 75+ or so can drop it the higher the level the more likely you will get a drop with great stats or the exceptional/legendary tag this stuff is still ultra rare though.
