So let me see if I understand this correctly. My pre-nerf ubese armor shirt, which already had 2 armor attachments in it and currently has 2 open slots, no longer accepts armor attachments. It now only accepts clothing attachments? what a drag...already bought the perfect AA for it I knew the new ubese shirts got clothing attachments and were no longer zero condition items, just didn't know the pre-nerf shirts had been affected as well. Time to hit the trade boards I guess and see if anyone wants to trade my AA for a similar CA.

Thx for all the input folks, I can always count on someone in the community knowing the answer to some of these tricky things in the game.

You could always put it in a marabi belt. They are conditionless and still take AA's.

When Ubese shirts were nerfed, they turned them into 'clothing' for some reason. There was a lot of discussion on the Armorsmith Board at the time, but nothing was ever changed.

Pre-Nerf just means they have no condition and never decay (someday they may just break these)
They will only take CAs now, did take AAs in the past.

Post-Nerf are essentially a shirt like any Tailor can make, just with a unique look.
I think these will likely be addressed again in the CURB with the addition of Armor Certifications. If a Ubese ARMOR shirt is counted as clothing then anyone should be able to wear it, but if it is counted as ARMOR, that will not be the case. Same goes for the Ubese Bandolier and the Mabari Armorweave Belt.

We only know the way it is now and the way it has been, the future is unclear.

Another question to consider. Are Ubese armor shirts classified officially as armor or clothing, because with the upcoming CU, Ubese armor is classified as recon armor, so rifleman, pistoleers, etc are qualified for it. I would hate to have to respec in order to obtain the certification necessary to just wear my ubese shirt with all my skill mods in it.

It won't poof, 0/x and 1/1 are still equipable and the mods still work, for now. I guess it just depends on if they ever get around to fixing that. If they fix it, you're out of luck.
