...That there are no longer any anti-knockdown, anti-blind, etc. Mods?
Maybe I am missing something here?
Also, as far as I can tell (and I haven't looked real hard) we are the only ones with recovery Mods?
anyone else scoped this out?

I believe they're there in the form of abilities you perform, rather than stackable mods. That way you make a tactical choice to expend time/AM points to rid yourself of the ailment, rather than just having a constant protection because you made sure to get the UberD00ber-Stacking® template.
Also, as far as I can tell (and I haven't looked real hard) we are the only ones with recovery Mods?

Well, I just figured out that others have recoveries. Like one or another, but we have all of them.
...oh, and others can wear my uber l337 clown shoes BUT they can't make them look good.

Smuggler has Blind, Dizzy and Stun recovery just like Pistoleer and all the other ranged and melee professions, they're just given at different places in the skill trees in each of them.

From the description it will use ability points (ie action points). If you don't have enough left you can't recover.
