His name is "Mat Rags" I think. He's at -2973, 2457 in Mos Espa.

Trying to do the Lady Valarian missions and I am starting on Kavas Urdano. But she tells me that
the mission is beyond my capabilities and I am not strong enough. I am a Master Smuggler, how much more powerful do I need to be ? has anyone done this yet?

I'm getting the same result for some reason, with 5000 Valarian faction points and Master Commando. I don't get it... what kind of power is she looking for? Same thing with a few other NPCs (like the scythe schematic quest on Tatooine).

I did the Lady Valarian quests and all of them said that I was too powerful and asked me if I still wanted to do the quests. You get a sweet looking dagger from Lady Valarian and a glowing crystal from the guy at her door...butthey arejust for show I guess(If you put the crystal in your house it's super bright and hurts my eyes)...or maybe it's for some other quest. I'm a master Brawler and had apprentice swordsman and TK student. *shrugs* No clue.

For people seeming to have trouble finding NPC's but you know you're near them type in /target (NPC's name here) and it should target them. Then, just follow
