No your gun doesnt hit for 700-800 with the best stun armor. Sonic blaster has no AP, my armor has 38% stun that blocks 63% of your damage being light armor.

I tried the bh/pistol combo for a while, it rocked at pve. Once I tried duelinga few friends I found that my range and melee defenses were real poor. I was getting nailed left and right. I am now trying the combo of master pistol/fencer with dirty fighting and 4003 tka. One really needs the tka meditaion line if you dont have medic skills. With the bh combo if I got poisoned that was pretty much all she wrote, same goes if any melee class get close to ya. In my honest opinon I prefer a melee class to go along with my pistol skills, it helped me out alot.

Do the smuggler specials work in pvp? I have heard most of them do not work properly?

I've search for some answers but i didn't found any.

In PvP what specials besides HS3, MS2 and Straf2 do you mighty riflemans use? I mean i only see riflemans spaming HS3...

Do u guys use the other specials? Like the stun one, dizzy (all areas) and the posture? I don't remember the names of the specials i'm sorry but i was thinking, can i use the dizzy one in 2 or 3 players, then do the posture for them to lower and then posture again for them to stand causing then something like a KD

Am i dreaming about this? I really need your opinions guys, thanks.

No, they need to voluntarily change posture to be KD from supression fire. HS3 all the way

Recently started PvP w/ my WS/Rifleman and all I use is Strafe2 (if there is a large group together) or HS3 for single targets.

i use this. "works well" isn't exactly how i would describe it but suppressionshot is not a rifleman special so alot of rifleman don't have it.

Hmm...honostly...to hit this while kitin a melee'r just wastes time. As a cm its usually, mind poison...spam head shot. With health they could heal to easily. Supression doesnt seem to work to well for me. I honostly have never kd'd a person like that. *Shrug*

yea when i quoted "works well" what i meant for that to mean is in fact it doesn't work that "well" at all(compared to melee lunge). i should have used a instead of i have kd'd people using it before but its definately not something i would rely on.

Personally I like to go with a series like this when I'm fighting with a group.

/flurry2

/flushing2

If these two actually did damage I know that the person doesn't have stun armor and they are going to die. If that happens I will open up with StrafeShot2 untill they go down. Otherwise I do those above and follow with:

/mindshot2

/headshot3

/headshot3

/headshot3

etc....

If they are not wearing stun armor I have had good luck with SS2.

MS2 isn't really worth it anymore. I rarely used it even before the bleed 'fix', so you can imagine it's usefulness now that the damage has been greatly reduced.

Have your Carbineer buddy(though finding one could be a bit tricky ) use Chargeshot2. And there's your ranged andarea Dizzy/KD
