damn that kicks my T21s as... err riflebutt.
Where/Who starts this quest?
Talk to the trandoshans in the slaver camps in Kachirho and do quests for them, lots and lots of them lol
What is this Bio-linking and how does it work?

That rifle is awesome!
It isnt only limited to the Trandoshan Specie like the Wookie Bowcaster is it?
nah, my toon is human and can equip and use it just find. Keep in mind it must be Bio-Linked to use it though.
Biolinking is easy, and kind of annoying.
Wehn you get a new bio-link item, before you can equip it, you will be directed to bio-link the item. This means that you, and only you can ever use this item. No selling, no inheritance, no anything. So, if you want to sell it, you can never use it.
I think they are over-using the concept in the game personally, it's basicly a higher concept of the non tradeable item and I always thought those were pretty retarded too.
It's a cool looking gun, does the same BPS damage as mine, but slightly lesser max damage.
Wonder what max Damage it would have been if it was out before CU.
If anyone has a Laser that does more damage than 665 Pre-Cu, I'll buy.
I bought one that did 665 but now does 542-1099.
I'll have to do all the quests when I get ROTW. ![]()
Thank you for sharing this info and picture with us. ![]()
And Humans can use this though yah???
How does biolinking keep us in business? If you want a nice rifle, go to kashyyyk... sure it might deter the lazy player into sticking with a WS, but anyone who really wants a nice weapon doesn't care.

Well if your quest reward rifle biolinks to you, and you can only do the quest once, then if you ever want a second one after that one goes to pot, you need to talk to a WS.
It's not like you can go back and ask the Trandos to give you another one.
Fot this game to have success in the future, IMO, these new weapons have to have schems either introduced or already exist in the game. Quest based weapons are fun and I love the idea of doing a mission and getting something worth while. (Not some blue rug) But for SWG to continue on in the player crafted economy they have to make weapons like this craftable by the players. (No I am not acrafter btw)
I just completed the Boba Fett Quest last night for the clone trooper rifle. Very fun, interesting quest. I loved the cut off finger part of the quest...very Fett like. The rifle is great and looks awesome. But somewhere there needs to be a schem for it so out beloved weaponsmiths can make one.
