Where is the Rebel recruit to talk to at? Or can i talk to anyone?

Great Guide, Im Rebel and I got the Armor but I did not get the Holo 
Ive tried talking to him again and just get general chatt from him

ok just done the quest for the bolatour (sp?). info and small spoilers follow
- talk to the captured genosian at the wookie capital city, and she'll explain you must visit a trandoshan research outpost. to get there travel east from the village until you reach a second wookie village and take the bridge north. ignore the first research camp you come across and continue north.
- once at this camp you need to be on the lookout for "researcher" npcs. liberate 8 of them to get the docs needed and return to the genosian.
- after talking to the genosian, she'llask you to speak to a wookie elder on her behalf. go to the second floor to find the elder. she'll then say theres nothing else she can do, so return to the genosian.
- the genosian will get angry at the elders lack of action and inform you of where shes hidden the bolatour dna. time to head to yavin and the geo caves
- at the geo caves your looking for a mag seal container. this is quite easy to miss and you may end up going further than you have to. at the first door that requires a code 32281, just on the left as you enter the room is the small container. simply "use" the container and bingo, Bolatour DNA

you may wanna correct something. the neutral clone armor quest takes u to jabbas palace. and teh reward from jabba is a yt-1300 holo. i wont say anymroe than that, but jabba does give that item.

Ok so the second part is to get 12 snorbal trunks from lok. Went to lok, drove around found some snorbals, and killed them. Went back to him, and got a cool looking clone trooper picture.

For doing Parts 1 and 2 of the quest, you get a Clone War Painting. But...
For those doing this quest, there are three more parts to it:
Part 3: Kill6 Horned Voritor Lizards/Jungle Voritors on Dantonine (best to get a mission)
Part 4; Kill 1 Rancor
Part 5: Kill Sawtooth on Kowir/the 'dead forest' on Kashyyyk
Reward; a cybernetic arm that improves your aim/ranged damage

btw the wp for the sawtooth is 403 -456 in the Dead Forest. It took me like an hour and a half to find that thing. Its around lvl 60.
