Thread: Imperial Perks and FAQ as of August 14th
Also there is an Imperial outpost on Talus ... a moon of correllia
Great FAQ with some great info. I have a few additional questions I hope someone can answer:
- Are Faction Pets supposed to heal while in the Data Pad, or do I just need to sit with them in my house for a couple hours (they're pretty beat up =)?
- With Turrets and the likes, are those things Battlefield only or can they be used to protect a house or the likes?
- Is the special ability of the other Troopers known?
- I thought I remember being able to get Imperial banners at one time in the funiture section -- does anyone else recall that?
- Are the Droid Schematics anything beyond what a DE normally gets?
- Can faction items be transferred/sold to other players? For example, let's say I get a Storm Trooper and sell him to another Imperial -- will he be able to use him when he's Overt? What about armor or schematics?
- Off Topic Request -- A friend of mine along with myself are looking for an Imperial guild on the Flurry server. PM me if you run one and need a pair of hard working soilders.
I know about racial penalties, but what local bonuses are there?
These FP prices are MUCH lower that what I've seen in Theed, so I'm wondering how/where I need to be to get lower FP costs.

Have you checked since the patch? Those are the prices by Bestine, Tatooine I know.
Is there any list of whatthe resisits, ham values, etc are for each trooper?
Wow! Faction prices have really dropped! I love it! 45000 would have taken forever to get an AT-ST ... 9+K is much more reasonable. Thank you devs!

-There is no R in faction.
"I'd like to stay overt as long as possible while I build up FPs "
I recomend you do short range delevery missions (pay should be under 100 credits, mine are usually 50). I choose ones with a start and end point less then 125m from the terminal. Also helps if you know your city and where each of the ranged puts you at (you learn the common "clusters" of npc spawns) as you have a better idea what to choose ("125 SE is far away, but 95W is gonna have me go around a guildhouse and into its walls, which actually makes that a longer run").
The main reason for this method is you don't get a Temporary Enemy Flag (TEF) for doing these missions. If you attack a rebel NPC you get a TEF which basically would make you a overt imperial for an hour.
Others add their info too please.
