Actually, looking at the higher ranks which require upto 48 month minimum, they are holding out a lot of hope the game carries on for 4 years or more.

So what i read is that PILOT with the gold insigna/block thing is the highest rank possible now?

I see myself being here for 4 years, always wanted to be one of the old and crusty in an MMO who spends their days logging on for a glorified graphical chat with a fried across state lines.
