Just a side note: You can switch to Imp, get to the DJM Mission and go back to Reb ... you will still be able to accept the DJM Mission (and cancel them, if you decide to)

To kill a DJM you should at least have 3 MDef, afaik normal rooting is not working at DJMs (but could be wrong)

wrong...

they did 24k dmg to my MDef in 1 hit... however

a rifleman with root and snare and kd could easily....

You are giving masrer defender too much credit, these are lvl 259+. He can take the beating andhit "avoid incapp" for about 5 minutes. He needs friends dealing damage to kill it.

I can solo DJMs... my issue is that DJM from dath only gave me a holo when i did it =/ the DJK gives you holo pieces you have to take back as the mission reward to the NPC who gave you the mission. he sends you back out to get a DJM (thats who gave me a holo... its not worth it for a holofrom the DATH prison.

I killed 3 of them last night with my 2 friends. 1 is a rifleman, the other a carbineer/BH. I'm a master defender jedi. I would go in and do dominate mind so the aggro stays on me while they shoot him nonstop.
