As a former Master Commando....I can tell you exactly why your friend got a Holo. The Flamethrower pushes missions to unmatched difficulties and he obviously pulls missions over diff 32. All my old faction missions used to come complete with AT-ST's and all. Most players can't get high enough missions to spawn the darkies (unless grouped.. and lets be honest...who wants to share?) ..so this poster has shared a way for lowbies to have a chance. Unless you want all these guys clogging up the caves, you shouldn't flame this guy for trying to help.

You know what? I have a better way for those of you who complain about having to master another profession and drop your current one.

The answer is simple my fellow players. Get yourself on another server than the one your main character is on... find a holocron at a low level(Yes, this is possible, trust me.), and then master whatever profession it tells you to. End result? You master a profession... no need to worry about having to drop anything.

Amazingly good logic, don't you think?

No.

If I unlocked the slot, I'd want the jedi character to be on the server I'm already established on, not on a server where I don't know anyone.

WRONG your FS can open on any server including the one your currently on

But when you unlock the slot you have to use it on the server you got it from right? I was the original poster of this thread, just to add something really quick: I got my holocron withn 15 min of being there, there are alot of troopers there though, so be prepared! Bring a group of 3-5 good players and you should do fine! I understand that camping is going to happen, but why not post new places and help out so that not all the people go to the crystal caves? I was just trying to help, because I totally understand the frustration of being a rebel surrounded by 3 atst!(not saying though that atst are bad, so dont yell at me!) Every single npc can drop Holocrons; It is easiest to get it against more powerful npc's! You must have been extremely lucky to have got that

The ho,locron splinters are now worthless and only good for decoration.

The previous holocrons that were give out by Dark Jedi at Temple Ruins on Dantooine was too easily acquired as the devs put it so they instituted a force shock (nerf) that splintered all the previously acquired holocrons.

Mind you the other holocrons never did what apparently the devs intended them to do, which was tell you what profession to master as a hint.

Didnt this thread start off with , where do i find a jedi holocron.

I have only seen one answer, somewhere on Naboo which i am not too sure on, seeing as you are up again 50 dark troopers and imperials, not really a good idea.

So can anyone else write anyother suggestiong or places where to go to get these Holocrons

A: This guy is telling the truth.

B: Check the Jedi boards for the location for imps to get theirs from NPC rebels. I forgot the name of the NPC that drops them, but just like the dark troopers, its about 1 in every 100 or so.

C: I was with a group that pulled 6 holocrons in 12 hours there (there were other groups there as well sadly, who got a total of about 13 among 3 other groups)

D: This can also be done on the Rebel PvE Battlefield east of Coronet.
