i want to transfer as i paid out for the US version to be shipped to the Uk from the start

and now the euro servers are up i need to move for lag reasons for JTL.

i dont care about my other 13 months worth of stuff, just my ACT badges, i earned these and are important to my char for role playing reasons also.

If you're going to allow persons to transfer their items, but not resources, then you may as well allow persons to transfer their credits too - which would be a disaster, as seems to be understood.

I can see why you'd like items ... people get attached to the AV21 they made 50 attempts at the Corvette to get, to their plus 25 two handed speed tapes etc, and I can see why you'd want to bring them, but, if you & others were, where do you draw the line? If you allow all items, then fine ... I'll bring my next 500 sets of buff packs from my server to yours, sell them for 50 mil credits minimum in less than a week. I could easily argue an attachment to those things ... but then again, I can just as easily transform them into credits on whateever server I chose (not that I'll be moving, quite happy where I am). Could SOE really say to me "ok, you can take those buff packs, but, just use them to buff yourself please" - how could they ever enforce that?

That's just an example, there are plenty of other hi value items that could be transfered, & turned into credits, as easily, I'm sure. If credits are transferable, oh dear ... likewise with items, items essentially equal cash,
