yup. what a disorganized way to fight a GCW. the other day I was talkign to a buddy and there was this dude of same faction. next thing I know he's being attacked by opposing special forces. hell, if I knew he was overt I would've switched to help him. things were way cooler with TEFs.
/sigh
Like profession:
/who pilot
or race:
/who zabrak
or guild:
/who poj
And if you don't give any category, it just lists whoever is around.
I make myself Searchable just for this.
Its always helpfull in PvP to beable to find people fast.
I go Special Forces and jump from starport to starport doing a /who to see if any enemys are in the city.
I dont really see why any one would not be searchable.
You go Special Forces to PvP, why not get to the action faster by making yourself searchable?
as any good PVPer would have done.

Kind of defeats the purpose of Force Cloak, Conceal, and the upcoming Ranger Hiding skills, don't it?
Not if you make yourself anon in the options.
I remember doing tests a long time ago, and if you are anon and overt, you still come up. I should test it again.

Just goes to show that even the oldest tips are still new to some. Its a good tip
/anon works fineand makes you invisible to /who
I use it in space PVP too.
I have it in a macro, that loops and fires off the /who command every 5 seconds. That way I instantly know if someone enter my sector of space, unless they are /anon, of course. Helps a lot when dogfighting for faction in Deep Space.
New master pilots are often not /anon and easy prey in deep space, but also a cheap kill. Using /who let's you taunt t before you can even see each other.
