I bought one yesterday, and i did let the new player decide the price.

Yes some of us do use the forums i did get shot of my Barc speeder but i traded it for a varractyl set my terms and while i am now level 13 when i am in Mos eisley and see folk spamming bying barcs for 1mil i spam back keep other newbies to keep them and see the trade forums.... there is another post like this one on corbantis forum (crimes against newbies i think)

I agree.. keep your barc speeder a few months before you sell it. let the supply come up and watch the price go down. That way you wont have the extra few million to get on your feet, but hey, at least you will have a barc speeder you cant afford to repair.

The price of the barc speeder is only equal to its dollar per credit resale ratio if they only bought the boxed game to get the barc speeder, not if they actually bought it to play the game...Bought separately the game and two expansions cost about 75 bucks. Buying the way they did, they only spent 40..... so the barc speeder must be worth about minus $35 or 7 million credits. To helpeven the financial playing field, i am willing to take your barc speeder and the first 7 million credits you make off your hands.

I paid a million credits, a swoop, a house and full suit of armor to get my barc speeder. I think that I would have been thrilled with the offer when i started the game.

These questions about whether the BARC is better than other speeders can be answered very finely on the Mos Espa race track. These are roughly how I remember my times:

Swoop time: 390 seconds give or take, it depends on how you handle the track.

BARC time: 340 seconds give or take, it depends on how you handle the track.

im on kettermor and ive been offerd 25mil for mine I do know that these speeders are VERY rare i play alot and have only seen 8 other people with one ive wrote down there names if you want. I wont sell cause this is something everyone and the mother wont have like the AV-21. Thats why the vets knew from day one these were going to be rare and i have seen vet rip newbies all the time its nothing new. Like ive been telling everyone you want one real bad but the expantion (not the download) and you'll get one!
