You need to be a RSFpilot or Imperial Inquisition pilot , goto the Naboo space station and take the mission
, complete it and get access to land at the retreat.

+2400 , -3900, just drive there.Tier 2trainer is outside. Once you get to tier 3 you will need to finish the mission from the space station to get access to the inside or do the imperial themepark.

you can do some quests from the naboo spacestation and be allowed to land at the emperors retreat directly, unless inquisition pilots are granted access right away

Does this ability remain after switching factions?

It doesn't seem to, but I went from Inquisition to Rebel squadrons. Has anybody tried after going from Inquisition to another Imp squadron, or after going from Inquisition to RSF (or vice versa) - the two able to land there?

No idea. im thinking its imperial and RSF pilots who can get in via the quests.. not sure tho
me being an RSF pilot and rebel colonel on the ground was able to run around inside the retreat and do all kinds of funny things
( to some players great dismay i might add )

When it comes to landing certs, I think they will remain as long as the squad you switch into is still allowed to land there. I cant verify that yet though. Has anyone ever gone Inquisition>RSF or vice versa?
